I called and talked to one of their doctors on the phone, but they couldn't answer why it is contradicted, or how long you should wait before taking meds and eating them. From what I get, it is because of the fiber content? Again, I have never seen this on any Levo pamphlet, but found this interesting.
Is taking walnuts a 'bad' thing with Levo? I don't take Synthorid. I wait at least two hours before eating them in the morning, but it seems like Synthorid is saying you can't have them 'ever'.
